OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

The priority goal of BSK JSC in the field of labor protection and industrial safety is to create safe working conditions, preserve the life, health and efficiency of the Company's employees in the process of work.

Guided by the principle of continuous improvement of the industrial safety and labor protection management system, the management of BSK JSC undertakes the following obligations:

- ensure the effective functioning of the occupational health and safety management system based on the international standard BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 " occupational safety and health management System. Requirements»;

- comply with the requirements of the legislation in the field of labor protection and industrial safety, as well as the requirements of the ISM documentation of BSK JSC»;

- to observe the priority of planning and implementation of measures aimed at preventing the negative impact of production factors on the staff;

- to carry out the identification, assessment and reduction of risks in the field of labor protection and industrial safety;

- to carry out the implementation of scientific development, technologies and management methods, labour protection and industrial safety;

- involve employees in active participation in labor protection and industrial safety activities, create conditions, including the development of motivation methods, in which each employee of BSK JSC is aware of responsibility for their own safety and the safety of people around them;

- constantly improve the level of knowledge and competence in the field of labor protection and industrial safety;

- to carry out the control over observance of requirements of labor protection and industrial safety in society;

- reduce accident rates, occupational injuries and occupational diseases;

- require suppliers and contractors operating at BSK's facilities to comply with labor protection and industrial safety standards and regulations in force at BSK»;

- periodically analyze, correct and improve, as well as timely inform the employees of JSC "BSK" and other interested parties of the company's Policy in the field of labor protection and industrial safety;

- provide the necessary financial and logistical resources for the implementation of this Policy.
